| Our daily transient rate is a flat fee of $35.00 per day. The rate includes water, power, use of restroom facilites and showers, and the free use of our Laundry Facility. We are located just 2 blocks from downtown Elizabeth City, NC and located right next door to the Marina Restaraunt. We can normally accomodate boats to 72 feet in length.
